Ubuntu Precise Pangolin Submission

This morning in my usually routine of skimming through Google Reader I noticed this little gem from Iain Farrell :

Looks like it’s time to Cull through the oodles of photos in 2011 and pick a few out for submission. Unfortunately I didn’t have very many as the year was filled with client work and very little personal work. A year and a half ago I was lucky enough to have this image chosen for the Maverick Meerkat release : http://www.flickr.com/photos/elslunko/4897785821/in/photostream

This year my first submission is a shot of Downtown Los Angeles from the 6th street bridge. While it may be a bit busy for a wallpaper, I think it’s dark enough to not be too distracting. What do you guys think ? : http://www.flickr.com/photos/elslunko/6750111331/in/photostream

It wont’ be the last. The weather is wet and cold right now in my area so I may head to the beach this week and capture a few more candidates.
